基本煲法: : 4-5L水 ~ 16-20碗
1) 五指毛桃浸水30分鐘再洗淨, 鱷魚肉用薑、蔥 飛水1分鐘 (或略洗皆可)
2) 南北杏陳皮百合杞子龍眼肉椰子略洗, 肉類飛水(如有)
3) 冷水放材料,大火滾後轉慢火煲2小時
4) 落鹽1/4匙後熄火
